  • Hey friends, I hope you enjoy my review of this spicy oriental/floral fragrance. Although not a clone of the famous Issey Miyake Polaris, this one is amazing in its own right. Thanks for watching!

Great review! I bought a 30ml bottle of Qaa'ed to try out and after receiving it, immediately bought a 100ml as well. The smaller size will go in my carryon bag for travel. I hadn't noticed the carnation until you mentioned it. And of course, now I definitely smell it. I love carnation. I'm a fan of quite a few vintage fragrances from my past that I've bought backstock when prices were reasonable. I wear YSL Pour Homme, vintage Hermes Equipage, vintage Habit Rouge EDT and the original 1976 (pre Tom Ford version) Gucci Pour Homme. All of these have carnation as well so yes, I'm a fan of carnation and of Qaa'ed. Again, great review, I look forward to more!

Just discovered your channel lately … Really enjoying your reviews and the effort in both describing the fragrances and the correct pronunciation. Qaa’ed is a little bit tricky 😅 as it has a letter which doesn’t exist in English for example, I’ll write it here in Arabic so you can listen to the pronunciation in Google translate (قائد)
Unfortunately a lot of reviewers are “hyping” these fragrances a lot and usually say they are clones of other known fragrances to get people to use their links etc .. For example Lattafa came out lately with their Pride line, which according to them is original and doesn’t clone anything, yet a lot of reviews are “this is a 67% clone to xxx” .. Which is misleading unfortunately.
Good luck man, looking forward to other reviews and to see your channel get the recognition it deserves 🙏🏼.

On me this has a somewhat smoky start with a definite vanilla/tonka drydown. Perfectly likable and for $20 you can’t lose. Safe blind buy if you like a little smoke.

Hey, I own this fragrance and this review is very spot on. I think the suede is cleaning up this more spicy fragrance, to make it more balanced.

Thanks. I always strive to be accurate as possible in all my reviews.
I find the incense is becoming slightly more apparent as the weeks go by though.

I just bought Qaeed only cause for the love of Polaris similarities ….but you said it’s not similar….I didn’t regret even its not similar , cause this Qaeed realy smells unique and mysterious….and I must say you do a great job following that « keep it real frags name ».
But plz make a video about that parfume that you find out similarities with Issey Miyake Polaris parfume 😀

It is very elegant and unique. A head-turner and compliment-puller for me, but also one I wear to formal events and it is never out of place

Qaaed vs ragbha wood intense? Which is better?

      That's a really tough question.
      They are both really good
They are more than distinct enough to not make each other redundant

Qaa’ed smells like spicy wood like a finnish sauna. Bit sweet.
Raghba wood intense smells like spicy burned wood but also thick syrupy/caramel. Too much for me

Whenever you are mixing leather, wood, oud and amber in the dry down that's a very dense dry down right there folks!.I use Qaaed mostly for layering some overly light smelling fragrances to add some woody and oudy smell to it!

How can this Lattafa be a Polaris clone? This lattafa fragrance comes out a year before Polaris.

My experience is a harsh, abrasive opening. You have to wait 10-15 minutes for things to calm down and then some interesting things happen. Smoky leather (not overly strong), rhubarb? for a couple hours then it goes creamy vanilla on me. One of Lattafa’s better efforts from my experience. Not feminine AT ALL.
