- This tuned 666BHP example of the BMW M4 F82 delivers insane power effortlessly and handles as good as any rear-wheel drive performance car. This one is Styled in the classic BMW Marina Blue. This example easily maintains serious straight-line performance and can handle itself against even the toughest competition.
With its main competitors being the Audi RS5 and Mercedes-AMG’s C63 S, the M4 F82 has to live up to serious expectations, and this one did not disappoint.
On wet and tricky road surfaces, the M4 can feel a little untamed, and with the traction control switched off you need a seriously good driver behind the wheel. If you fit the bill, then the M4’s lighter weight can absolutely fly around your local circuits on timed performances, as well as reaching a respectable 25-30mpg for getting to and from the track.
The M340i in this video contains a B58 engine remapped to 500BHP and is an absolute beast. As you can see, with the right driver behind the wheel it flicks the back end out with ease and manages to keep up with the more powerful M4 for the most part. So the next time you challenge your local 3 series to a race, check the real model number before you get left behind.

That's what happens when you have too much power and torque
It's cat and mouse with the cat having much more power so what do you expect. M4's are quite forgiving and don't slide as much as the 3 series chassis too
