How I changed my MORNING ROUTINE in just 9 days |

- I have always had trouble sticking to a single morning routine recently. Usually, it is all over the place, it is rushed and it leaves me feeling like I have no time! Tell me if you feel this way too? So recently I read the book Atomic Habits, which got me a little inspired to alter my morning routine and create better habits. I've added some tips in the video from the book as well. But here's my personal strategy of changing my morning routine for better habits:
1) I'll start with incorporating very basic changes in my routine first, like drinking water or the time I consume coffee at.
2) Next I'll start adding more things in a more timely way, like waking up at 7:00 am, working out, meditating etc.

I am reading "Atomic Habits" as well and being an early morning person was on my list for quite some time and finally, I am having a good 2 weeks streak of waking up at 5.30. But hats off to you for trying to inculcate these habits along with your travel every now and then, it's not easy at all but what's the fun in easy ;) Btw I found your gratitude journal really cute :)

Write a Journal. Make a to do list for the day. And everything that comes to your mind . Great way to destress and move on with the day

Check Ur energy Level. After drinking 1 ltr water and 300 ml water. Alternative day. Which is More energetic. Try IT in delhi whether. So Not consider pyaas in IT. Once u thrusty not applicable in it. And that Too in working condition include all Work.

Well honestly, I think you're being too harsh by saying that just because yes, I am mentioning the brand for like 1 min in a 13 minute video. The whole video has been shot over 9 days with different scenarios and edited quite nicely to consolidate the experience/thoughts. I feel like it is high time that everybody as an audience should be more supportive and accepting of creators doing brand mentions.
