    If we want to hit our max, our body needs to be prepared!
    Try this warm up before your next HR Derby, Showcase, or PR attempt.
    The first movements shown in the video are designed to wake up the fast twitch muscles required in the swing. After we wake up the body, it is time to think "feel" thoughts that help our body organize properly. Imagining that we are pulling a heavy object towards the pitcher, or thinking "stay compact" with our body, can help us maximize our power at the plate.
