Oh my gosh well I definitely have contributed to the energy I hosted 12 women today with a sound bath and taught them how to structure their water in my healing centre and then I went for a walk with my dogs and spend some time with the trees! Bonus is, he sits at the top of a hill on the beautiful grounds of a theological seminary... I hugged him for ten minutes barefoot. When I stepped away I almost fell over, I was so woozy, lol. Thank you so much, Honey. I'm really going to enjoy doing this all weekend 😊❤
Thank you for that! I felt so exited I took a picture from my favorite old tree on the other side of the fence. With a little sip from mother ganja ( I know opinions are divided but it helps me concentrate and free my mind from chatter) I focust on the picture until I could see it with my eyes closed and put some grounding music on. Sitting cross legged I danced with my arms and I experienced a magical connection with my tree. Light came in through my crown and it felt like I had the tree's roots in the ground to unload. 💚

I have been in a pretty good place these past 6 months, but these past few weeks,a few things happened that I found myself knocked off kilter. I went out in the rain, it wasn’t too heavy, and I found a tree and leaned against it crying. I didn’t stay long, but now I feel ready to do this. My mood is not 100% optimum yet, but knowing my tree friend always cheers me up, I will rise to this challenge. 🌿
