Agreed!! That isn’t a national NPHC rule is it? I feel like I’ve seen them or seen pics from other campuses but can’t entirely remember
It’s more difficult for an NPHC organization than it is for a College Panhellenic organization to raise money for a house because of the smaller chapter sizes, less expensive dues, and the limited alumni base for donations. So it basically comes down to money in the end.

My family and I were in Oxford and I forced them to show me a small part of the campus. This was one of the houses we went past, my brother thought it was full of boys but I pointed out that there was a girl walking out of it. I love ole miss and I'll be going there in about 2 to 3 years!
