8:22 How got his hole there? Was it through pressure and corrosion or men made? And shortly after that, that is the ground of the well and through the loose soil on the ground the oil is leaking out, right?

Thats a perforation that was cut into the well bore so oil can leak into it. That's how oil gets into the pipe.. you cut/blow holes in the pipe at certain depths where you think the oil is.
