Just made these and they were incredible. The little stuff like the paprika and basil leaves (i use oregano) add flavor profiles that you can't put your finger on because you aren't expecting them in a biscuit. Great job.
The garlic, chives and spring onions plus cheese really give these a kick.
I made these and it took only about 30 minutes! I loved them so much and they tasted so buttery and savory. I added a little bit more paprika for an extra kick but other than that, I loveeeeee them!!!

How'd you become so great at cooking?? I just found you today and all of the recipes I've watched you cook so far looks as if it was made by a professional. Do you think maybe you would one day open your own cooking school (maybe at home in your own kitchen). I'm hesitant to say restaurant because I know that would take away a tremendous amount of your personal life. Here in Savannah, we have Chef Joe Randall, people simple sit on stools in his kitchen and watch him create a meal, everyone eats, AND pay damn good money for the whole experience. Anyway you're enjoyable to watch, I hope you get a million subscribers, you definitely deserve it.

Could I use vinegar to sour some regular milk, or would you recommend getting actual buttermilk?
+nickyworth25 it's worth a shot. lemme know how it works out for you, i personally haven't tried the buttermilk hack with biscuits but i'm sure it'll work just fine. at least i hope.
I used lemon juice with whole milk and it turned to butter milk in 10 to 15 minutes. This was great since it is not always easy to find butter milk in local supermarkets.

you could make buttermilk in a pinch by adding 1tbsp of white vinegar or lemon juice to 1 cup of milk and letting it sit for about 10-15 minutes.
