Trout training introduction

This video is the introduction to the training "Growing trout in aquaponics" there:

The training is a 12 point course divided in 3 videos covering some critical information necessary to grow kilos of healthy trout in aquaponics
Among those 12 points you will learn:
1. A unique fact about this fish which is misunderstood by too many people and is the number one reason why they lose this fish and damage the whole ecosystem. (point number 8 of the training)
2. Water requirements and the special equipment needed to keep the fish alive and reach the optimum growth. Which means you will not lose fish and harvest your fish quicker and produce more
3. Feed Conversion Ratio and food quality, so you can feed your fish properly which means you will grow more fish and obtain a flesh of higher quality while consuming less resources.
4. The peculiar behavior of this fish and the technique to avoid the classic disaster that beginners experience. So you can grow healthy fish leaving peacefully together. Which means you will harvest quality fish and be proud to catch fish for your family and friends.
5. When is a good time to get the fish and when you must harvest so you can maximize the yearly growth and avoid fish loss. (point 9 of the training)
6. You will also learn some interesting facts like what influence the trout flesh color and finally I will blow your mind by explaining you how the trout you are buying from the shop are really hatched. (point 12 and bonus of the training)

Brookies are the gems of the trouts (they are a char actually) They have beautiful orange spots on their sides which have a ring of blue around them. As he pointed out, the orange black and white on the fins are also gorgeous!

I didn’t know you could stock brook trout in vic, the VFA website only talks about rainbow and brown trout, nothing for or against brookies

Yes, they are nice fish to grow. They give a bit of diversity to the classic rainbow :)
