The $SPY is at a new all-time closing high, confirming the strength in many individual names.

Good info. Much appreciated, as always.
Got into TGTX at $18.00 on Tuesday. This morning watched closely as it quickly climbed to $19.08 at 9:18 Central. Set an AVWAP on the 9:17 candle with the big topping tail. Not being in the mood today before the holiday to lose any of that gain, when it started going sideway from there, raised my stop to $18.90 and stopped out 5 minutes thereafter. Will watch to get back into it on Friday.

It happened to me, I bought below the moving average thinking to get upside reversal, but it continued down.
Lesson learned!
Brian, are you using EMA or SMA? Also, I remember you saying something a ways back about how TradingView's AVWAP isn't calculated correctly. Do you know if that's still the case and if so what platform would you recommend? Thanks and have a good holiday.

I sold my Tesla positions before the close yesterday, it's really hard to hold onto winners.
Just keep raising your stop up under the recent, relevant, higher low; then you donât have to worry about that happening đ.

It makes sense why Darvas made a fortune trading stocks by simply cutting himself off from all media noise and broker opinions. The daily RS scans show where institutional money flow is being primarily directed. Only price and its trend matters.
A massive shock in the form of a banking crisis is on its way. Yes we may be at all time highs and everything seems just beautiful, but this is exactly how the calm develops before the storm, and make no mistake about it, the storm is coming.
