We’ve been dealing with a lot of stuff this past few weeks, including finals for college classes, new diagnosis’s, splits, a new-ish host, and fusions. It’s been a lot to deal with but we’re getting through it.
    Hope y’all are doing well!

I always forget I have scoliosis until someone else mentions they have it. Then I wonder why my back aches so much. 🤦🏽‍♀️

If you haven’t already you should read into Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, especially hypermobile EDS. Lots of overlap with neurodivergence& POTS is a classic. Physical therapy, braces& symptom management of comobidities is the way to go from there (very simplified).
I have ADHD& hEDS (& pots and lots of other stuff) so if you have a specific question ask away. :)
EDS has this saying of: If you can’t connect the issues, think connective tissues. Cause it literally connects it all.
Also ivabradin helps me a lot for POTS without affecting blood pressure just fyi.

@@cryptidink good luck with the evaluation! It’s good that you are already knowledgeable and think you qualify for it cause that can really help with those

My thoughts exactly! EDS has many different types the most severe is the *vessel type* in general EDS is a collective terminology for overly moveable joints but there’s a lot more to it.
If you have a neurological disorder like ADHD and autism you are “X” amounts more likely to have EDS! *The thing is that you have inherited a deformation on your DNA, more specific the collagen and when you test for EDS you are testing what’s called:*
      *“COL3A1”*
I hope this tiny info is helpful. I’m happy to provide more information about EDS!
      Respectfully, Grace 🩰

i am so fascinated and confused with DID, like if one alter plays the guitar or have other skills, do the other alters also know these skill, like will they remember how to play the guitar? Or if ur working with school, will another alter know the work ur doing?

it depends from system to system, so some systems all alters might share the same skills but in other systems some alters might not know how to do a thing while other alters do, or maybe some alters are better at a skill and others can do it, but not as well. we definitely have some alters who are better at drawing than others, but all are better than the average person (at least of the alters that we know of). it is a very confusing disorder to have ngl
