If you're having trouble with the watch disconnecting from the app, something i did that worked: I diconnected the watch from my phones Bluetooth - then it connected to the app and stayed connected. Hope this helps someone else!

How do I chargenit
Pull off the wristband; on one of the attachment tabs you will see a pair of copper charging contacts. Insert this tab into a USB charger; the watch screen should light up as it starts to charge. If it doesn’t light up, you may have the contacts in wrong, try reversing it (or try a different charger) until you see it light up.
I received mine as a gift from my girlfriend; I’m still learning my way around mine, just got it to pair with my iPhone 12 Pro a short time ago. Intriguing little device for its very low cost, but the documentation on it is HORRIBLE! Once you get it charged (I let mine charge overnight), look for the absolutely TINY circular button towards one edge of the screen, and press it for a couple of seconds; that should wake it up. Although I’ve gotten it to pair with my phone, still trying to figure out how to set the time on it, or if it will eventually sync time with the phone.

A little bit of advice, it wont work on 3.0 A or 2.5 A chargers or it loose, use your old charger head or a power bank it will work like magic.

i tried to down load this app. It said itcwont take any money and to input my bank card details. Then it says after five days it will take 59€ per month!!!🙄😵😠. So effectively , this watch is useless with out a ridiculously expensive scam app. It won't blue tooth with my phone and i can't set the correct time or any other function. Total scam. One for the bin🗑️.
