The music option gets stuck once I activate it. And the buttons aren't clear what moves them.. the main bottom button or the arrow at the bottom. 🤦.. but either one not very responsive once in music mode

This always depends on the smartwatch model. There are some with an option to change, there are models that it is fixed to 24 hour mil time. The only option you have is to change it to analog watch face

Using iPhone, the pop up message to give permission to use contacts just does not pop up at all. So I can’t use the watch to alert for calls or SMS. Says set successfully when I toggle call reminder but no pop up to allow permission to address book as in the video. Any ideas?

Only one of the two green sensors (heart monitor) on the back lights up. THe sensor on the right lights up but not the one on the left. The sensors are located under a clear square piece of glass or plastic of which the thin film coating has started to peel away. Should both sensors light up or is it normal for only the right one to light up? I emailed the company but got no response from one email and the other email came back as an invalid address.
