I dont think I've ever seen it longer than 5in , he seems to have the same attitude as me towards hair except I'm actually balding a lil bit. We both feel like it's a waste of time and money to grow it out and have to buy product to keep it in place and what not plus I know I look goofy with long hair cause I tried as a freshman and got it to me ears and my hair just starts to curl up and out making me look like a mushroom head. I can imagine Noel probably looks pretty goofy with long hair as well and even growing it back out where he had it before Corona hit kinda seems a lil goofy too cause for whatever reason some ppl look good with a shaved head and Noel is one of em, especially with that flawless hairline .
