I made the decorative lantern. Just FYI, when you live in Texas with triple digits like 102 degrees or higher, the hot glue melts. I thought I hadn’t used enough so I went back in, put it together again then back out. That’s when I figured it out. So I had to hand paint it. That was a challenge!! I thought about spraying in the garage but it’s just as hot. Gotta laugh at the curve balls that come your way. I love all the projects and will try them when it gets cooler. In October. Hopefully. 😅

Love it. When I use the blocks and wood glue they just fall apart. How do you keep years together so nice
Wow you are talented and creative. Have you thought about using wood filler to smooth the surface to hide the cracks.
What I would suggest is to use wood glue. That would minimize the gaps. You can definitely place the wood filler over the seams if you like!

Have ya'll seen the blocks from 5 Below?? They're amazing and huge there about 5 or more times compare to d.tree's yeah they cost 12 dollars but I believe they're worth it.
