Today was my lucky day at Goodwill! I found a NWT Glassybaby in a retired color no longer available online. With my senior discount, I paid a whopping $1.69.

Tea kettle is what you heat the water in. Teapot is what you pour the hot water into to serve the tea from. 😊
In the UK and most of the world its a kettle, why do Americans add unnecessary pointless words. Eye glasses are glasses, where else would you wear them! Horse back riding is horse riding or riding, where else on a horse would you sit! Waste paper basket is a waste bin or bin, it just goes on.
A good way to clean silk flowers usually is to spray them with simple Green. Let them sit for five minutes and then rinse them with the sprayer hose when they dry they will look just like brand new.
It’s also incredibly good at cleaning baskets and plastic storage containers. Whatever! I use it for everything!
Forgot to mention, don’t clean anything that is glass that has gold on it. Simple green or wash the gold right off it.

A kettle is what you boil the water in either electric or on a stove, a teapot is where you make the tea by adding teabags/leaves and the hot water from the kettle into it to make the tea. Xx

Nawwwwww I love the lil cranky baby!!! Reminds me of my friends 2 yr old and how she looks at me RLOL! Nothing I can do to get a smile from her *sigh. But when she is with other kids she is very happy, Soooo cute!
Just watched another video of a thrifter shopping at this Goodwill ! I recognized all the things on the shelf lol
I don't know if you've ever watched Mia Maples, but she is an influencer on YT who also did her whole wedding by thrifting all, if not most of, the plates and glassware. She also sewed her own gown along with her bridesmaids dresses and shirts for the groomsmen. Her mom is frequently in her videos and the two of them together are a riot!! I love football, but now it’s four days after Super Bowl, and I can say that it just locked the pizzazz of what leads up to the Super Bowl. It was kind of a boring game. However, I was with about 28 friends in our friends house. That is absolutely huge and gorgeous and there was a lot of drinking and eating going on and it was a lot of fun.

It’s so funny I always tell people you only need to watch the last quarter of a football game. Super Bowl Sunday last quarter was awesome going into overtime. I’m glad you’re picking up more expensive and quality products worth $20 or more. You may need more estate sales.

We leave for Vegas on the 24th for our annual NASCAR trip. We’ve been doing this since 2005 but I’ve only been Thrifting in the last five or six years. I wish I would’ve been thrifty all along but it’s difficult when you’re with other people. This year it’s just my husband and I and so he is so gracious to take me to thrift stores around Vegas. I can’t wait. Tuesday we have to be at Sam’s town to replace the liner in the shower of my in-laws RV. We both have very large ram trucks so I will not be driving around. Looking for thrift stores around Sam’s town. Might just have to go in and gamble while the repair is going on.

FYI, a kettle is for boiling the water to make tea, coffee etc. A tea pot is for making the tea in, a tea pot should have a strainer at the base of the spout on the inside to hold back the leaves or tea bags. If the spout is open it’s a kettle.
