I much prefer viewing an adorable two bedroom bungalow..
Recently, there was a beautiful little bungalow in Austin that had dark, moody colors. It was so Homeworthy!
Rather watch someone’s beautifully-curated and personable studio apartment.
Then go watch 😳
Nope! Don't want to see this on Homeworthy, sorry
They're hoping to unload it quickly before property prices plummet. They're already on the downturn, even in Austin.
I can't wait. Holding to buy
I love having a real estate agent give the tour so the trolls can’t complain incessantly about the lovely homeowners 😅
A house like this makes sense for people who are business owners that entertain clients a lot. For normal families, I don't see why anyone would need a 10,000 sq feet property with 6 bedrooms and 7 baths. You need a house keeper and gardener to take care of all that.
$18M I'm going to need more than this.
Stunning, old world vibe. Such a joy to see inside these rarely seen homes. This was magnificent and thank you, Homeworthy, for always mixing it up! Tour guide/ realtor was knowledgeable and informative without going overboard on presentation. Totally enjoyed this!
♥️ The black lacquered terracotta floors at the entrance are beautiful. And the same terracotta untreated terracotta tile outside is stunning. I’m inspired by this home. Thank you, Homeworthy.
Nope. Didn't enjoy this video.
Absolutely love love this beautiful estate. Big grand homes and small ones. Thanks Homeworthy! Great job. Loved how large and magnificent it is yet feels very much like a warm and inviting home.
No reflection on the property, home or style, this is where I lose interest. It's so big, it's just not even on my radar.
Loved it! It’s definitely on my radar. Perhaps open your narrow mind
What a treat! This home is exquisite! Also, depending on location in Austin, that price point makes sense. Definitely made for entertaining. Honestly I was disappointed that, for the size, it doesn't have a proper loggia only a patio. With property like that an outdoor kitchen and a pool house would have made sense to have. The current owners have lovely taste, I hope they sell it quickly.
The stucco is amazing!😂😂😂
“The color is in the stucco”. 🤫
Home features can make any home so interesting and valuable. ❤❤
Not worth my time watching.
One of the best homes so far
The red painting looks stunning in the formal living room. Goes to show that the artwork stands apart from the decorating. The glazed terracotta floors are gorgeous, as are the walls and woodwork and limestone on the pool. Timeless, with a TexMex flavor. For sure, this is a rare basement. All of Texas is limestone from the ancient seas, with an overlay of six inches of earth. The wine cellar may have been from a cave or it was labor intensive jackhammer mayhem.
Beautiful home and Interior design !
The wall stucco & exquisite doors are what I enjoyed.
Gorgeous! So many great ideas in this video!!!🤩🤩
Wow - I don't understand the ugly comments about this in the feed. Homeworthy showcases all kinds of homes. I love seeing the old world features and craftsmanship. I live in Austin, and this is grand. Don't be hatin'!
Who needs that much room? I'm not interested in what $18,000,000 can buy.
I am
A grand space, sure... but hopefully Homeworthy does more lived-in home tours and not many real estate viewings.
That beautiful dead animal on the wall seals the deal! And pretty sneaky marketing.
And chairs covered in real zebra skin😮😢
@@Wee162 I missed that --how revolting!
Thank you for sharing. I enjoyed it
Beautiful home.
WOW!!! 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
I think if this house wasn’t on the market we would not be able to see this gorgeous abode! Most people who can afford a home in this price point would not be interested in showing off their wealth let alone their home. So we should feel privileged we can have a tour of this amazing home. Only wish I could afford it.
Are realtors paying Homeworthy to market their listings? Heck maybe interior decorators and architects are paying Homeworthy to show their homes to market their business as many of them are infomercials
No we believe in showing beautiful homes and that is all we are here to do. I love seeing homes around the globe and we are thrilled that like a platform of Homeworthy there is a place to see taste, what is special and unique and also what is capturing homes to be priced at certain numbers. We hope it inspires someone to laquer their teracota tiles and whatever that looks like. Homeworthy is very selective on what properties they show, they must have a design element so just because the interior designer is not opening the door, rest assure their is someone very special behind every home on the market with Homeworthy. Just enjoy the beauty.
Just under 18mil 😂
haha...I feel the same. This is a steal 😂
Funny how she says “ just under 18mil”
@@AlwaysLearning123 haha, what a good deal
That house is only double the size of mine but cost is 18 times more. Not a good deal.
Just wondering...what % of the sale price does the owner of this channel receive if the ultimate/eventual purchaser of the property **claims** to have learned about it via "Homeworthy"? Because this is quite obviously one long, inexplicitly-disclosed advertisement. I mean, the video intro itself states to viewers that the property is for sale and the asking price...right out of the gate. "Out-of-touch" is the kindest way to describe it. Unethical and probably sketchy/questionable is another.
I don't get where the 18M comes in. Soz.
A REAL ESTATE PRESENTATION!😳...
👎A BAD TASTE JOKE!🤮
Hmmm 18mil is it pretty yes but not for 18mil.
Mara Lago is a bargain
Amei ❤❤❤❤
No ! Just no! Using Homeworthy as a vehicle for selling real estate is not what was originally understood to be a site for viewing how homeowners decorate and their perspective on what "home" means to them. This video is not that at all and I am really disappointed.
Oh calm down lol
Well said!

Apparently, that's how they're making money now (or trying to) since there's an email set up just for real estate. Very disappointing, but at least there's other excellent channels that truly are design focused.
Nope. not why I paid to join.
I'll take the home in Coronado that was shown instead of this one. Who wants to live in a party home? I don't.
Yes, it’s a beautiful home. But $18 mil? What’s up with selling real estate Homeworthy?
I would say 2.5-3.0 million tops, and that’s a stretch- not a penny more. 😮
So if it's so great why are they selling?
The beautiful dead deer torso on the wall was enough for me! …passed
Hey Allison, if you're trying to sell homes now, why not put a link to the property in the description? My other thoughts? Pretty house but $18 Million? Nah, I don't think so.
They should’ve got Ryan Serhant to do this tour its selling a property video 🤣 homeworthy please don’t start changing on me🤦🏾♀️
Im a designer living in Austin. Trust me when I say this property in Mayberry Austin is absolutely not worth $18 million!!!
Austin likes to think it can kerp up with (and srpass) NYC, LA or even Dallas. Austin can NOT!
Why has Homeworthy become a platform for real estate sales listings?
This property would have sold for a 1/3 of this price 5 years ago.
Austin doesn't have the progressive cultural, arts, transportation or social aptitude that it thinks it does fir anyone would spend this money for a house here. 🤷🏾♀️
The kicker is property taxes in Austin are insanely high! The taxes on this house are going to be $10K-$15K per year. Just saying...
Unless this house comes with alternate power sources (solar panels or portable gernerators, water tanks...), then this $18million house will suffer the same power, water and gas outages that Austin (and TX) has been dealing with since 2021.
This Homeworthy episode post just guaranteed me unsubscribing and not watching any future episodes.
Nauseating Homeworthy exclusivity is not what we want from your channel
nope .. didn't like . . came off as a sales pitch ..
unsubscribed...
Not a fan of animal heads in a home.
Will not be watching any real estate ads in Homeworthy, and will be cancelling my subscription.
Not impressed
U can search anything on youtube that could make u impressed.
Not even going to bother
random trash Texas realtor video. come on, man
Let's move these types of episodes to a new CZcams account named "BarfWorthy" so the viewers know in advance that they are not "HomeWorthy." The Homeowner of this property should "rethink" the unappetizing dead cow skull above the kitchen sink. This is a 16 minute infomercial for a property with an inflated price tag - not a HomeWorthy home tour by owner.
Homeworthy is no longer. Much more of this and the channel needs to be renamed.
This one was a total misfire. Homeworthy, I will not watch this over the top style of video. 2 minutes were 2 too many.
Come on Homeworthy you're better than this. Don't patronise your global viewers. Inform, educate and inspire us please! ❤
