Naoya Inoue (井上 尚弥 Inoue Naoya, born 10 April 1993) is a Japanese professional boxer. He is a three-weight world champion, having held the WBA (Regular) bantamweight title since 2018. Previously he held the WBO junior-bantamweight title from 2014 to March 2018, and the WBC light-flyweight title in 2014.[3] Nicknamed "The Monster", Inoue is known for his devastating punching power and brutal body attack. Don't know much about boxing but Inoye's footwork looks consistent.
When this kid retires, he very well might be remembered as the best boxer ever. He already seems to be as good as Sugar Ray Robinson. Now if only a modern version of Jake LaMotta would show up.

彼の「Theory」を聞いていると、やはり「井上の絶対的なパンチ力を軽視」しているのと同時に、「1ラウンド１分３０秒程度で相手の力を見切る」＝つまり、食らっちゃいけないパンチを持っている相手なら慎重に戦うし、相手のパンチ力が大したことはないと判断できれば、カウンターには一応気を付けて攻め込む、という井上の戦術を全く知らないということがわかりました。
さてドネア戦。
ドネアとも井上とも戦った、かのナルバエスがドネアよりも井上のほうが強い、と言っています。
どんな批評家よりも井上と実際に戦って、井上のパンチを浴び、逆に井上にダメージを与えられなかった選手たちの言葉は大きい。
