Hellloooo! My name is Clancy and I'm originally from Long Island, NY, whch is about 40 minutes from NYC. In 2017, I moved to Ohio to become a TV news reporter, but after waking up at 2 a.m. for 5 years, I decided to leave that job and pursue CZcams full-time.
I recently bought a house in Cincinnati and love making all kinds of videos, focusing on everything from money and finances (saving, budgeting, and being financally independent in your 20's) to health, fitness, and nutrition, to beauty and fashion. I'm getting married next summer so I also love providing wedding updates and showing you exactly how I'm planning my own wedding.
I LOVE making "what I spend in a week" videos in the cities I travel to and love week in my life-style videos the most! Let me know if there's anything specifically you want to see!

I prefer one thumbnail photo. Probably because i gravitate more towards sit down vlogs over povs/walking around during vlogs
Truthfully, I love the content because it helps me get through the work day, but any amount would be great! The every other day sounds cool too. I get the same coffee advent calendar you do and I really enjoyed seeing you open them each day, seeing how we had different ones 😂

Do vlogmas, but your way. Everyday, every other day, short videos, Zac takeovers, whatever. It’s up to you, we’ll watch.

Great video, I know it’s hard for you because you don’t like to complain. In my experience, most places will be happy to give you a new drink. Maybe a tea or something different.

i love both styles of thumbnails, i think i prefer the ones with more photos like a collage. and I really think you can attract more viewers if your font was a bit smaller and was aesthetically pleasing. I love the way you edit them now. i think the smaller and cursive fonts are trending now

I would say every other day Vlogmas! I love seeing your evenings just as much as your mornings! I hated how you had to cut your days short last year.. Completely understood why you had to though! Also, getting Zac involved lol put him to work! 😂

I watch your videos regardless the thumbnail. But I do think the single photo thumbnails give off that it’s gonna be a sit down video. But that might be just me lol

Vlogmas is great, but life is short. Enjoy your family, you can't get those moments back. As far as your thumbnail, with anyone I follow I drop down to read the description, co either way.

I love vlogmas but I watch so many CZcams I am watching vlogmas till the 2 nd week of January Because they are 20-40 min each . I work a full time job and all the Christmas activities! You do you at the end of the day ! I do enjoy the content . Possibly 12 days till Christmas!

Your camera isn't the issue. Make sure you format the SD card once a month. Don't use the same SD card for multiple cameras. Root sub folders may have the same names and cause data routing errors on the SD card. Also, SD cards should be V30 or higher for highest write speed. If your camera is writing faster than the SD card can handle due to incompatibility or age of the card, you can get script errors in your video files. Poor begin and finish source code. I'm sure you already know all that, but I wouldn't toss out the Canon, I'd just buy a new V30 SD card or better. I had this issue with my GoPro using an older V10 SD card. The camera was writing too fast for the card. All the data was corrupted. Switched to the V30, and havent looked back.

Something I miss about working in an office is just how easy it was to make friends. Now, I have to go out of my way to make them. There are definitely cons to working by yourself.

I get my drinking water from a Berkey but would love to be able to afford an under sink filter one day for everything else. No sweat Zac - she only slanders your name a little 😂😁 I may need Aquasna - we had our water tested & it had Chloroform in it - which I had been drinking & been fine. So of course I didn't stop drinking it. LOL! We had to get our water lines flushed with bleach & now it's safe/eliminated the contaminants. But having added protection is a bonus, they're not even expensive surprisingly! I like the one photo too thumbnails too.
I’ve been wanting to get a water filter system for under the cabinet for several years I may have to look into it again!
Another one of my favorite youtubers only does vlogmas on odd days or the month! So you can have some time to edit on off days, and still show plenty of December and Christmas!
Even days of December! Half the videos but we get an extra treat for the month!

Hi Clancy! Just wanted to say I absolutely adore you and your personality and of course Zac!! About your bit on "complaining" I think your feelings and opinions have always been valid. What I believe gets people upset are when vloggers begin to get a little out of touch with reality. Complaining about having to go to the gym, grocery shop, laundry, cooking etc. is what irks a lot of people. Having to do these tasks along side a stressful 9-5 is the norm for most people! So seeing others treat that as their main stressor can get irritating!! However you have always been super self aware and it's refreshing! Love your channel❤

i keep trying to go back to inperson working but i just cant. you cant beat the schedule and tbh i do make less since i take more time off but i really dont mind bc if i have more bills i will just work more.

I love the idea of odd and even days for vlogmas with Zac.
All I’ll drink is water from our kitchen sink faucet! We have a private well and the cleanest water. I’ve had it tested for just about everything under the sun including pfas! I can’t drink bottled or public water ❤ I actually bring my own water into restaurants because it tastes so much better! 😂

Vlogmas for sure. You and mane 2 other CZcamsrs I would watch for vlogmas. You could daily vlog up until week of Christmas then log that last week and upload that last week for one upload help that makes sense.
