after this mousse dry can you finger through your hair and adjust them, do they become soft and smooth , or do they get rough and tangle, obviously if curls are rough they tangle.

Hi! There is no need for oil post this, using a leave in cream would work better! However if you apply the mousse on wet hair, most frizz will be gone.
