I learned how to do the double strain with one hand and it's amazing tbh, but i could see that you need big hand or to do a proper technique because i use to practice it with some friends but he couldn't do it because he had "small" hand. i'll try to practice my coordination with the double stir and the shake aswell.
Maybe experiment with different shaker size, not the one that 28 OZ?
And yes for sure double stir takes about 10 minutes to learn it (at least)

I tried using both strainers together as shown. The problem: That extra second it takes to position the second strainer, I've already started pouring using both hands. Using both hands is faster but your way using one hand looks so damn nice! Why didn't I think of that?
Dan Mackey It’s not just looks nice it’s efficient and faster if you make multiple drinks.
Obviously if you making one cocktail it makes more sense to hold fine strainer in opposite hand 😉

If you really want to save time don’t use jiggers. If you want to save more time don’t use pour spouts. Ice is a bartenders best friend 😉

The obvious one is when your pouring one ingredient Think about where is the next. If you put it in exactly the same place all the time you should be able to do it blind folded. I hate wasting time looking for bottles that are in the wrong place!
