Adding our station to multiple radio directories has brought our station from just 2,000 listeners a month to over 30,000 concurrent minimum listeners a month. It works wonders to reach out to different radio directories (some of them have different apps as you guys have mentioned).

That's incredible! And very much what other broadcasters should be doing.

I tried Tune-In but unfortunately i don't have enough listeners for them according to the email they sent back to me.

How many do they require so you can be featured?

Interesting. And thanks for sharing. Might be worth updating your comment to include the message you got from TuneIn so everyone can see.

Tune in radio is a waste of time trying to add your I advise people not to bother. Radio garden is also very difficult tried 8 times no such luck. But the others mentioned here are good. Cheers

Do not give up that easily! TuneIn is a VERY special directory. My advice is to make yourself as appealing as possible! Make them feel that they need you, more than you need them. A simple begging letter will not cut it, those days are over! Music copyright licences are very important and instill confidence within the person you are dealing with. Stand behind your station with confidence! Music always sounds better, when you have a copyright licence... GoodVibes

You need to pay more attention to radio.co because your customer service do not listen to what is being said. Excuse after excuse... so sorry it took so long to get back to you has been the title of every message received from you guys. Either get back to me sooner or stop saying sorry, one or the other! Resolve the issue and stop sending different people to answer the same question. Check my internal messages, same bullshit different person! Get your act together and refund my money James... Completely understandable. I've passed this onto support to make them aware of how you're feeling. We can do better, and you deserve better. So we'll continue to improve our team and platform. But if anything comes up, contact us at help@radio.co.

@@Radiodotco I am going to be completely honest with you guys! I seek perfection in everything I do, at least in my eyes and I expect a product to work as advertised. I felt my needs (for the price) were not being met on your platform and decided to look elsewhere. I tried two companies and I can honestly say, also without any disrespect to the companies involved, your imperfections are my perfections! Personally, I feel you have this market sewn up! GoodVibes
