ight so basically ive disabled parental controlls i restarted my pc and everything and i still cant find out how to remove it when i go back onto task manager and properties it still says that its stopped but it still works

You have to run both of the apps shown in the video as administrator

Might be late with this but i had the same problem because i refused to sign in. If you do, and than do the stuff in the video than it should dissapear for good. I dont know if you can make it dissapear without signing in but its probabbly easier to just do so.

u cant because u need admin or whoever has admin like your parent they would have to enter pin or password to run administrator. unless you know the admin password or pin
