For my "The Holler" series, we need to set up farms for the other characters since this map contains no preset farms. Neil is my neighbor to the south of me, and he needs a farm, as we will be interacting with him in the next episode. Come hang out with me!

I had same issue with the cow pasture and sheep pasture having blue bottom. Someone later pointed out to me that there is a trigger to remove it after placing it. Elk Mountain Modding used the blue just so you would see where it places down.
