    So guys I am still in the decision process... but that's the beauty of CZcams am I right? I get to share my decision paralysis with you guys! Thanks for watching I will keep you updated as I make my decision. Or another decision. I also I have more tech reviews coming....A Sony FX 30 will be joining the camera arsenal as well.

    I'm in the same exact boat as you- couldn't decide between the A7C II or 6700. Thanks for the video, I think I'll go with the 6700

      Nope I’m going for the a7Cii for sure. Full-frame hello! Better low light capabilities and NO over-heating like the 6700. I do long-form events in 4k and the 6700 has issues still from the many CZcamsrs I viewed. 45 minutes to one hour recordings without overheating doesn’t cut it 😢

    You should probably pin a comment correcting your path in the end since you changed a couple more times at this point lol. I think we all end up doing something like this at some point with an item thats high value to make sure we get the right thing for us. No shame I did it 4x on cameras lol.

      I’m glad you could relate. These cameras are so expensive and everybody has different niches and purposes for the cameras…that being said please subscribe I’m going to have another video coming soon detailing the FX30, which I feel will be a keeper. I just hope these videos could help somebody with similar dilemmas as myself.

    Well, i would rather keep A7Cii than A6700. Why, it took me years to save up money to buy a full frame camera just to feel how is the bokeh look on full frame.. is it beautiful as others claim.. another point is good in lowlight. Just these two points i will stay on full frame. I had been in APSC and MFT.

    Wrong choice!. a7cII is 2in1 - perfect 30p video from FF, ans same as 6700 oversampled 4k60p from aps-c crop, so bying a7cII you also got a6700.
    Also lenses amount for APS-C are much smaller. Yes, you can put FF lenses on 6700 but it's not optimal (in terms of weight, size, money) scenario, as you loose so many light from lens coverage...

    I am going to change my a6700 for an a7cii for the following reason: a7cii have everything that the a6700 has but you can also use FF lenses without cropping, in addition to better light performance that allows you to use dim lenses. If you use apsc lenses on the a7cii you will have better performance.

      @@m4rcin847since an APSC lens can’t cover a full frame sensor, you will never get full frame performance from an APSC lens. Since I have a whole set of APSC lenses from my a6000 and a6500, and since I have a full frame Leica, I decided to go with the Sony a6700 to use my Sony APSC lenses. I’m so glad that I did. Together, the Leica Q3(fixed 28mm lens,60 mp full frame sensor) and the Sony a6700(16-70 Zeiss zoom lens, 33mm,f1.4 Tokina prime lens, 12mm Zeiss wide prime) can cover any shooting situation with great high resolution performance with great resolution and extremely low noise.

    Side note if you bought a MacBook again today would you still go 16" over 14"? Im always curious on perspective with this topic as ive had a large history with both since the M1 released each gen.

    • @Xero.Limitz
      @Xero.Limitz  Před 5 měsíci +1

      Ahh yes this is a very good question. So I’ve had a MacBook Pro 13” for about six or seven years and that thing has been a tank. Hence when it came time to upgrade for something more video capable (video editing wise) it was a no brained to stick with Mac. Now I love the portability of the 13” macbook and the 14” was the most similar setup to what I use to have however. For the price I opted for the 16” this is why. The 16” gave me more screen real estate for the price and. I find it big and a little and I mean very little heavy at times, most times I can’t tell a significant difference in my bag. I do however loveeeee the screen resolution and how big it is especially for video. Another reason was I have a dual monitor setup for my home office/ setup but monitor seems to match quality of my Apple MacBook. So if I had to do it again for my purposes I’d go 16” but the 14” is well good and you save a good chunk of change. And of course all depends on how you spec it. If you’d like I’ll make a video of it going in more detail.
