Neltharus in Season 4 (S4) is relatively similar to what we saw in Season 2 (S2) the main differences being that the chains are heavily nerfed and weaker than they were before, and Chargath got a slight change to the fight but its very minor. The Forgemaster still does A LOT of damage and don't forget that you can Shadowmeld his shield throw if he targets you with it and it reduces a lot of group damage. Overall Dragonflight Season Four Fated is shaping up to be pretty fun!
With 10's being the last season 21's I think once we get some more ilvl the keys will be pretty easy!

I notice you run the Mindbender version, whereas it seems most opt for the Void Torrent and 3xIdols. Is there a paticular idea behind it or more personal preference?
S4 tier set is the season 2 tier, which was based around shadowy appirations, he's still running season 3 tier, maybe got unlucky in raid etc, so he's doing the season 3 build which played more around Shadow Word: Death
(I think both are viable in S4 tier, but the 3 idols build is a tiny better for M+ & bender is better for raid?)
yeah pretty much what z_inky said, I just got unlucky with tierset drops from the raid so I'm using the tier set from season 3 still (this is season 4) and this was the build you ran with that tier set. If you join my discord though I have different talent builds for everything

Just starting to play SP this season. Been recommended a build that goes down the right side of the spec tree. Is this build using the left side just better, or is it dependent on what tier set you have. Having not played the class last season I don't have either tier set. Appreciate any input.
Depends on the tier set, the build hes using is the season 3 tier set build so im guessing he doesnt have the new 4p yet. Season 4 tier set will use void turret which is the right side.
yeah I have the s3 set so thats why I'm using this build. If you wanted to try a build for lower keys(and 0 tier pieces) you can join my discord I have a few different builds

Dude hhow you spwan so many ghost i have 503 no set and i do no so a insane damage
make sure you have all of your targets dotted with Vampiric Touch, using Mind Blast, Devouring Plague and Voidbolt sends the ghosts to targets with vampiric touch

Same here, could use it as well - on his Discord it says, that its from Viklund, but the dot placement is different on his nameplates
appreciate it! and yeah its Viklund however its an older version that I don't think he uses anymore so I need to find a way to contact him to see if its cool if I distribute his old version
