Most things that happen in our lives are a reflection of our mindset and our actions (karma), in my opinion. There can always be exceptions. When you chose your parents, you chose Brasil as well, right? Perhaps there were lessons that you wanted to learn by being there at that time? Just a thought.
I am a registered nurse and have seen many patients suffering . It is very hard for them to imagine themselves young/ healthy and beautiful, even with some who have gratitude and abundance of love in their life! I think it’s just much harder for people who are aging with health issues. Any thoughts on how to implement all of the above said in the video for these people? Thank you
I have a positive attitude to life but still at some point your body will start to age and it's no fun. At 60 I felt pretty good, by 70 not so good. You slow down and get more health problems. Acceptance, good diet, exercise and gratitude is all I can suggest. Love to all older people and anyone suffering.

Please explain the choosing your parents before you were born. As I was taken away from my parents at a very young age. I do not know them. I have no picture of them. I had to see them at 18 years of age and I refused to have anything to do with them. My reasoning was if they could not look after me when I was a baby I was not going to have the care start now. I have a challenge with this statement you say about choosing my parents. I want to find the reasoning and to try and understand. I have had my share of the beautiful and not so in my life. You in NO WAY attracted it. You were an innocent, beautiful child who deserved to be safe. This physical world is ruled by the ego. Greed, personal gratification , power and money are valued over people. It was not your fault. Connecting with your 4 year old self. Meditating on healing and loving and caring for that little 4year old. Holding and soothing your 4 year old self, telling her it was not her fault. That you love her. That she is safe, that you are now in charge and will keep her safe. Unfortunately, it seems when awful things eg abuse happen to us in the past, this affects our present n future negatively, we build defences to protect ourselves. Seems unfair but these defences then cause pain in our lives, long after the abuse has physically ended. Healing the 4year old you, bringing her into your heart, letting her cry, grieve, rage whatever she needs to do to release the toxic energies that remain. Soother her and hold her in your loving embrace. Tell her she is now safe and free. We often develop unhealthy patterns in our own life as a result of terrible experiences when we were young and defenceless. If unhealthy patterns are present, eg anger, fear, abusive adult relationships, not being able to have an adult relationship, addictions, as we love our inner child we can free ourselves. Bad habits/patterns in life occur because others did bad things to us and we then can do bad things to ourselves. Re parenting your 4 year old self, in the manner she should have been parented, with love, kindness give you back your power. It’s never too late to give yourself the childhood you should have had. Louise’s healing the inner child work is excellent as is her mirror work. Her work is taken completely out of context in these short snippets and these snippets can add more pain to those already suffering. Reclaim the joy that you are 🤍

I don’t steal because I don’t need to but often when I have heard of people stealing I feel like some people do it out of need and I don’t condemn them and I don’t think anyone should.
