I definitely appreciate it and welcome to the channel! For the property assessment list you can definitely email public records for that list and the same goes for tax delinquent list. I find it a bit easier to sift the list via a computer though. They typically send a large number of names through an excel spreadsheet but that could be different depending on where you are located.

I was a teacher for many years in DC and finally decided to take that leap and start creating generational wealth for our family.
