    Sir, Al Beruni did one more thing. As he knew that the earth is round so he prepared a globe and mapped all the known world cities and places on it. He noticed that one side of the globe is empty, so he theorized that if there is land mass on one side of globe there is a good probability that there will be another land mass on the other side of globe.
    So he conjectured presence of Americas almost half a millenia before they were actually discovered.

    Excellent video, Sir. Al Biruni also tells us that the Hindus were so impressed by his knowledge that they named him VidyaSagar (Sea of Knowledge). He also mentions the habit of Indians to attribute everything to Indian scholars (a habit which still persists in the subcontinent)

    Just re-watched this episode after reading about Nandna in "Riders on the Wind". Fascinating story! Totally agreed with someone's remark that Salman saheb is no less than a modern day Al Biruni.
    Just curious: do we find some details of Al Biruni's interactions with the scholars at Nandna or in India?

    • @salmanrashid8880
      @salmanrashid8880 Před 2 lety +1

      So far as I remember, Al Beruni's Kitab al Hind does not have any quoted interactions. But I am sure what he writes about Indian sciences came to him from his years of interaction with our Gurus.

    Muslims have replaced temples with mosques because mosques have adjacent Madarasa in which libido can be expressed to boys. Babar, Khalgi and Turks were gays,so their latent dreams were fulfilled in mosques rather than in temples.
