- Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, Champat Rai on December 27 described the map of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple ahead of the congregation of Ram Temple. While describing the map of the Ram Temple, Champat Rai said, “This is the map of the land which has been allotted to the Trust on the directions of the Supreme Court. The temple is being constructed on the northern part of the 70-acre land. Three-storeyed temple is being built here. Work for the ground floor of the temple is complete, the first floor is under construction.”

As an Architect, I think Champat Ji has been very keen on vividly explaining the specifications of the Shri Ram Mandir. The level of details he has explained was just like the perfect explanation.

The only thing seems missing is a water body, a pond either in front of temple or all around it. It is generally present in old templea. This is a vital piece which seems missing and would have added charms and stars to the beautification of the temple.

So did Martand Sun temple in Kashmir. The 7th century Ambabai temple in Kolhapur also has a Parkota. Hell, most of major temples in Maharashtra have them.

Sir the parkota concept is very similar to the Meghanad Pacheri in Shree Jagannath mandir or Lingaraj Mandir ....And the presence of devi Bhagabati in the very entrance of any Vishnu mandir is also there in Odisha...The smallest of Odisha temple is also made with all the Hindu vaastu saastra and the paarswa devi debatas temples are also made inside the campus of the temples ...

Nahi, Garbha gruha mein Ram lalla ke bachpan ki murti hogi. Ram ji jab 5 saal ke the kaise dikhte honge waise imaginary murti rakhi jayegi. 5 saal tak Mata Rani Sita ji tab tak Ram ji se mili nahi thi toh unki murti nahi hogi. Itna maine different news source se suna hoon. Baki dekhte hain mandi banne ke baad pata chalega.

Very bad planning 🙁... With 70 acre of land so much could have been done...A mini pligirimage city could have been build.
But not a single "Bhakthniwas" is build... Not a single "Mahaprasad kendra" is made... On such a huge land a bhakth niwas to occupy 50k bhakts can be build.
The facility centre is made on the other side of temple...so anyone comes here will have to walk atleast 2KM before reaching temple...

As if our ancestors had the temple right in front of their houses. If a devotee wishes to get Darshan of the Deity, he should be ready to face minor hardships before that. 2km is not a big distance. Provisions will be made for senior citizens. Do not worry.
