The easist way in my opinion to differentiate an insulin syringe and a TB syringe is just reading the labels on the package hahah. If you want an insiulin syringe just make sure you open the package with "insulin syringe" written on it. Remembering colors on packages is pretty useless in my opinion compared to just reading what the package says.
