You should really get a DC welder with gas. Welding will be so much more easy, stronger and looks better.

Take a metal rod, connect smaller rod to the end of it to form a T-shape. Now put your water and coffee in a closed container and rod through a whole of the cap. Spin that rod very fast like over powered boat propeller. BOOM, you have continuous cavitation in your mixture and coffee can't escape the container. Experiment with different cavitation times to get perfect taste/time value. Also be carefull what glues and materials you use, not everything is suitable for food contact.

Hey Rulof! Great video, i loved the idea, im wondering what happens if you use hot water + ultrasonic? Did you try it? Is it even stronger?
It is, I do so in my place, cleaner with heater, I set it to max at 80c for 12 mins with ultrasonic mode, pretty good tasting.i tried doing it in room temp water, didn't taste good, even tried doing it in milk, that was very weird)
A solenoid would probably be easier to achieve this effect.
