That tutorial answered so many questions, thank you : ) I feel like I'm really starting to get to grips with this software. I've used Flash for years and thought the leap across to After Effects be easy, how wrong I was!
Thanks for your comment! I work with AE since 16 years and I am still learning new stuff :D
It's such an immense piece of software, so organic. I've been a Flash animator and web designer for 16-17 years, only ever dabble with After Effects but now I'm hooked. Thanks again, great tutorials
Thank you 😍💕
You are very welcome!
Wow your artistry the willingness to share your knowledge is heart warming...Danke. I was moved and inspired attempted to create the template you have for sale. I found it very challenging...for my novice skill set. But as a benefit of doing so I am better for it and now have a interesting set of inspired templates. I will purchase the watercolor and ink, and the digital corporate template now to look at your approach. I happy to do so Danke.
Thank you very much for your kind comment! I really aprreciate it! One hint, if you want to use templates to learn from them: Always take a look whether the "Hide All" Button is activated in a composition. I hide a lot of layers in my templates to make them clean and simple to customize, but if you want to understand the structure and concept, you should unhide the layers.
it is very cool thank's a lot
Tnx for this video

Great video!! One question, can the background image (for example, the car) be something different like I have the option to change it in the slideshow 2 tutorial after purchase or are they preset?
how to creat powder explosion
Top 10
First off, thank you for taking the time to make this video. I learned so much from it!
Second, I was wondering. What are the licensing rules on using the 3 assets provided in the video as part of commercial/non-commercial products?
I'm part of a student game and would like to use the techniques learned here as part of an End Credits sequence for said game. Note that this game would be free to download on Steam.
Thank you very much! The assets are distributed under a Creative Commons license. So if you game is also released under Creative Commons you are good to go.
Congratulations for this amazing job
I have one question for you : I can't get the difference between having elements in a composition and then putting this composition into another one, and precompose the element
would you explain me this please ?
Thanks
Arnaud Delmotte there is no difference. Pre-composing means putting something in a new composition inside another composition :)
谢谢分享!
My first Chinense comment! Thanks a lot for that!!! :) With the help of google translator I was even able to understand it. You are welcome!

uhh cool man! And yeah no problem :D
круто!
Hello sir and thanks for this great tutorial and pack :)
I have one question though:
I am working on a project where I am using a video. While the drawing part is taking place, I froze the clip and when the paint starts to come the video starts playing.
However, it seems that when i play the project in After effects it works just as it should, but when i Export and render it, the drawing lines just disappears in the middle of the reveal. Leaving only the white stain in the image until the color starts coming
Have any of you experienced that before?
AnotherNord difficult to analyze only with this description. I would need to have look at the project. Please send a mail. Website link is in the video description.
Thank you your tutorial saved my job, made a template for myself. you are awesome , I can not buy your tutorial due the sanction against Iran, but I wish the best for you and let me know if I can return your favor.(I can do motion graphic and animation for you)
thz
Thank you sir....🙏
How to add camera rotation motion like you did?
Sevagra Sharma in this case I used Cinema 4D. I used the camera morph feature and imported the data into After Effects. Video Copilot has a Plugin that works similar. I don’t remember the name.
Thank you
LIKE X 1000 ... Thanks
What can I do?, when I multiply the watercolor stain and apply "add", the edges still appear, they do not fuse.
what a intro.... jesus... congrats!
This is great!! Would this be doable to make in 4 days? I have my end assesment and want to blow my teachers away 😁 i would use it as a presentation for my magazine that i made.
Thanks Sophie! I would recommend to use the template, then you could finish in one day. If you want to make a whole slideshow, four days is not much!
ok then i think i m going to use the template. i have done this tutorial and it worked great, but do not have the time to make al of this in 3 days. i want to amaze the teachers at my assesment. :)
i would love a tutorial on how you design those templates! the techniques to package it and make it reusable...and everything that goes with it. I m not learning this at school.
i have a question .... if i have to create this effect on multiple photos ... how do u suggest i do that ..... by creating different projects or by just replacing footage in precomp
awaiting ur reply .. thanks
So this is what nainoa has been up to
Any tutorial for the rotating transition effect in your Watercolor and Ink Slideshow that you show in this video ?
No, there is no tutorial about that. But that's actually not that complicated. It's just a camera animation. There is also a tool from videocopilot which makes this kind of camera animation even easier. Unfortunately I forgot the name of this tool.
