Sponge Cake Pan esponja

Hello, in this video I show you how I make my sponge cake for a 3 leches cake. In this specific video I was making an (Angel's kiss cake). Now I only use this recipe for 3 leches cakes. You can of course use many different fillings. I use chantilly cream as a filling nd to frost/decorate all my 3 leches cakes.

My wife just bought a cat shaped cake thing with no bottom. Do you know if it'll work by just putting it on a baking tray or does it need to just make a normal cake and use it as a stencil?

Goodmorning 💕, Not sure what the cake shaped thing is. Is it a cat shaped pan or just a stencil. She could make it work both ways. I honestly never use shaped baking pans. I just carve nd give the cake its shape according to what I'm making.

@@EvergreenCakes yeah I think it's just a stencil. I'm actually going to be the one making it for her birthday, haha. She wanted 2 small cakes of our cats instead of one bigger cake. I thought she bought a cat shaped cake form but it was a stencil. You don't think the cake batter will leak out if im careful while transporting it?
