Would like an improvement on the burrowed movement visual, definitely. But looking at the sandworms as not just the single coolest thing they could have added to the game, it feels like sandworms are purpose built to deal with mass elite marksman phoenix/marksmen/arclights. Bassically any time the enemy outranges you with a super high damage block of lads, sandworms will just ignore all of that range, get up in there face, and monch them. All hail Shai Hulud, may his passing Clense the world.
Sandworms are also the best giant unit against melting points.
what about a Darude of sandworms?
A group of worms are called a clew, if sandworms are more of a snake you'd call them a rumba, a charm, or a pit. Probably the easiest is to call a group of sandworms a sand pit.

I tried Electromag Stormcallers, didn't feel like they worked. Might depend on the chaff, but I had a guy yesterday who easily got double your number of worms and ate through everything. What did work was a single high level Wraith with 2 tank tech, and for someone else Wasps. The worm AA seemed really bad and actually detrimental because it's weak and keeps them above ground.
They should extend the model to have an 'above ground' element when the worm is buried. Like the worm is disrupting the ground. Sure it would be cool if there was the suggestion of interaction with the map's ground. Yet sound kind of dirt mound would be nice.
Missed opportunity to create the Giga Worm, with heavy armor. One level 4 worm is a 1200 credit unit, so doubling its hp for 300, has a 400% return on investment. Health wise, it is vastly more cost efficient than one more level for 200, which you took routinely. It would also fit nicely into the concept of the video.
you need to have a worm already though - and it only upgrades health, which leveling also increases the attack damage. So the cost vs benefit is: For 300, you gain an almost lvl3 worm (not lvl4) so from lvl1 to lvl3 costs 400. You spend 300 but you get only health benefit. So really depends on the player I guess.

StarCraft is funnily enough fine as it was back shelved by them fucking up Diablo, WoW, and Overwatch

FFA is always SHREDED by a blob of the same units, usually marksmen, overlord, or pheonix. This just means they are like all the other units. Smells a bit like a evening press headline on this one...

I literally uninstalled after they added that stupid unit. It is what it is, for sure. Too bad the game was good again for only a moment.

seems a bit of an overreaction.
Scorpions delete sandworms instantly btw, they get 2 shots of before they die (at lvl 1!) and beat worms ez. Melters are also decent and any air obviously
@@xever61 now this comment is a joke, you actually think the BROKE UP a toxic meta by introducing a giant that is basically immune from range and can sneak up to the front lines without being targeted and then start one shotting ground AND air units with melee? give me a break, the game was fun for a moment with FFA but now it's stupid again.
