UPSC exams are continuing from British era. Ideally all officers and Police should be recruited from available pool of employees not from some exam.

Correct. Examination cannot identify few hundred candidates from lakhs of applicants. People working at grass root level should be gradually promoted. Village Accountant>Tashildar>AC>DC. The current bypass system of lateral entry at AC level meant for white sahib should stop.

Delhi govt cannot run away from this. Utter mismanagement and indifference they have shown . This was not some random natural phenomenon. The pattern is known. Drainage issue is an old problem which could have been easily solved. Three families have lost their loved ones . Delhi govt and coaching institute should announce appropriate compensation.

Fully automated directly people controlled/governed government possible. Fully automated judgment without need for courts with crystal clear laws.Automated suspension/dismiss order for non performing government officials is so much possible. We did this at apartment community level without secretory & president just the same to be extended to village, district, state, country,not much difficult. With today's technology just mobile voting app enough, just to pass 33 laws per year you don't need mp, mlas or any type of politicians. That's the solution for all of these. Simple mobile voting app more than enough to achieve that with full automation.
