Goodwin, here’s a few tips for you
1: If you’re converting a RB to LB or a LB to RB and they have a turd weak foot (1-2*) put an inverted full back plan on them, it massively helped me.
2: Don’t sign up contracts of 33+ aged players, it’s completely pointless, even if they are your best player, they won’t be in a season, just sell them while you can.
3: If you lose a race for a player with another club, what I do (it’s a bit unethical). I just rob there entire stock of that position except the player they bought😂

Never saw Goodwin doing a rebuild with an team from my country even in my wildest dreams lol. And good choice picking Hyderabad. They really are that terrible. Finished dead last in the ISL. They're lucky there's no relegation yet because the gulf between the first division and the second (I-League) is pretty damn wide. For a few more seasons at least, they'll remain a first division team but they need to buck up their ideas.
