I read through the reviews of this one a couple days ago, people were complaining that it's way too story based and doesn't let you explore much, and the developers reassured that this "prologue" is solely a tutorial demo, and that when the actual game comes out there will be much more to do outside of what they tell you to do.
Just started the video and seen you click on medium 😆, This is going to be good. I watched Royal play this on the same setting and it is very unforgiving. Now I'll get twice the content on this game.
Great heads up on letting us know about point save to allow us to see your progress because without really doing it is not really cool and give us a level of how hard the game is thumbs up on voicing that opinion.
So the game makes you go in a wolf den to steal their kill with wolves actually IN the cave? No one on this dev team would survive 5 minutes in the wild 🤣🤣🤣
I've tried this prologue, it's a waste of time, not very crafting survival oriented, more like always looking over your shoulder for wolves and bears, I unistalled when I crafted an axe to attack the wolves and the guy was not attacking dying from one bite. Waste of time.
check out The Long Dark. Might be more of what you are looking for although there is really no building in the game. Just surviving against the elements and animals.
The acting seems a bit stupid mainly the character they have you play like it could of been written a lot better in just making it more of help tips but this guy is written really weak and the situation to the acting is not that well done or written. WHATEVER!
Making the story with such a poor situation and how fast each situation happens is very poor storytelling it make for an exciting story but not really fun if you're the loser dying all the time and just by the demo it tells me enough to stay away from this game. Today games are not written with achievement in mind it plays off your failure to do anything and tries to make everything a lot harder than really giving good story to play out WHATEVER!

probably because the prologue is just an intro to the main game that's not out yet; once it is people will be returning

It seemed to take about a year from small demo to larger demo...wonder how long till full game.

Lol boiled snow IS water 🤣 plus drinking warm "boiled snow" is way better than drinking ice cold water for survival.

It's gaint ass bear surprising you can't make put trap with tons of spears to kill that bear
