- Using Save/State on an emulator will make farming for money less frustrating. So basically the dog betting screen, save state, bet on the dog with the best odds, if you lose reload the state and bet on the winning dog. Sometimes you can get some fast cash if an "underdog" (lol) is the winner. Once I won something like 33K. Pretty nice.
Chihuahua Race - Always bet Lucky Clover. Lucky Clover looses sometimes, but most of the time he will win. If Lucky CLover isn't on there,...skip it until you see him come up in the next line up. I'm assuming the developers did this because the name of the company was Clover. This was their last merging game with Capcom. They later went on to fuse with Platinum Games making games like Vanquish for the PS3.

how to open cheat engine
You have to install it first. Modifying a value like this is almost the first tutorial so it is not hard. Open Cheat Engine, select the open emulator process, search for the exact money value, change the money value, search again that new value, change again, search again that same value. You will then have short list to go through. Go down the list and see if any change actually changes the money value. To see the change you may have to change screens each attempt possibly to get the text to register the change. Once it changes you can change the value to a large amount. I think the whole casino thing sucks in this game and getting max money only makes the game better..
