    It's actually more than you think, I payed about 700 for my shepherd v8(no motor just the car itself) 200 for servos 250 for a radio 700 for an engine, 100 for a mug em starter box 200 for arrow max tools and we go through tires and bodies all the time! Haha but if you want a starter car get an Mrx4x those things are tanks! Have fun guys!! Shepherd velox8- Novarossi Keep-On- Airtronics-Savox-

    For me from the technical perspective one thing is clear, everytime you change something in the car racers I struggling to relearn new measurements, adjustments and car behavior. Most upgrades we know are for parts sales for sure, as they are obviously much more profitable than the cars sales. I doubt you can feel these "a lot easier to drive" with such minor change. I like to run my old Kyosho V1R in my local track and beat the fancy and expensive R4 guys.

    the car it self without motor about 500 usd the engine 300 usd plus the equipment and tools another 300 usd
