@hasek1616 thats all very well but the speed these cars are doing they would be flying through the air and smashing into the trees. these cars are doing about 90 miles an hour, which to scale would be around 700 miles an hour, so try to imagine a full size car doing that speed, it would'nt get very far on the track.
There's a couple of German tracks with a few climbs and banks (one a bit like Laguna Seca's Corckscrew) But its easier to maintain tracks like these i suppose.
Finally some video from the championship:)
Freakin' INSANE! AWESOME!
The F1 of RC Racing, awesome
@adzqld You should try it first... youd be suprized at how hard and fast these things are until you drive one. 1/8 onroad is the Indy Cars of rc...

it'd be a lot more popular if the tracks were more true to life, with hills and banks and what not
@brutformen well then you'd have to scale down the speed a bit, or use a difrferent class, or they'd just have to learn to drive on it
@adzqld for me, off-roads look silly. They're too slow...
@PMRballa you mean F1....
now this is rc racing
I'm sure I'd enjoy driving a nitro car, but nitro races just sound like 1000 alien babies all crying at once. What a horrible noise.
They look silly. Off-road way better.
