    Πολύ χαίρομαι όταν βλέπω να γίνονται τέτοια projects σε Κύπρο και Ελλάδα. Keep up the good work. Can't wait to see the torque on that thing

      80-90hp bike as an ICE is capable of 100+ mph at 7-8k rpm. So I would expect it to be in that window albeit lower rpm maybe.

    What did you use for a chain roller? Is the chain rubbing directly on the frame?

  • @Ray88G
    @Ray88G Před 2 lety +7

    Nope it's not 66kW..You never use fully charged voltage to calculate power output.. Nominal voltage is what you need to use and still is won't be putting down 62kW of raw power because of losses inside the controller + cables and motor.! If you dyno the bike, you will see the real numbers but guess is around 60-65Hp or 50kW.

    • @diascustoms7182
      @diascustoms7182  Před 2 lety +4

      Hi.. 66KW calculated at 110V, at full charge it will be at 120V, we use High Drain batteries 18650 at 20A discharge at normal rate, all battery pack will have 23P batteries..

    • @XxBanziixX1
      @XxBanziixX1 Před 2 lety +1

      @@diascustoms7182 isn't 23P battery at 20A discharge at even the peak voltage which is 120V will net 55KW where you getting that extra 11KW from? Unless you mean at peak draw it can reach 66KW. Even then technically speaking just looking at power draw and voltage does not give you an accurate measurement of the power of the motor. You need to measure torque and speed for that. Just because it consumes power doesn't mean it is used to generate useful work. Power is torque times angular velocity.

      The larger problem here isn’t the losses or voltage drop, but the phase vs battery amps. It’ll end up being close to half the estimate at the end of it all, but still impressive!

      The recipe is the ration between your front sprocket and you rear sprocket. I suggest look into that first before choosing a motor.

    • @TheNone724
      @TheNone724 Před 8 měsíci

      Well for that speed you need 240 kW of wheel power and about 280 kW of battery power. Nissan leaf 80 kW continuous motor might work for like minute but it needs custom inverter and battery with very high power. Maybe Samsung 30t 96s14p copper welded battery could push enough power for that speed for like couple of minutes before you run out of battery or battery overheats.

    Hi chain is too long. Sit the motor after shocker mean near wheel circumference 3 Inch gap. longer chain consumes more power and sometimes break.
    Make modifications in the swing arm.

    • @JRP3
      @JRP3 Před 2 lety

      Motor looks too large to fit between shock and tire on the swing arm, plus all that weight on the swing arm is a bad idea. That chain is not too long at all and does not consume much extra power.
