You are right about Gakpo. He is clearly left wing and good at it. Even before the Liverpool move, I watched the PSV vs Arsenal Europa League match and he did WELL on the left.
His underperforming at Liverpool is clearly because he is not being played in his role.

Let’s be right though, the Netherlands finished third in their group so shouldn’t be anywhere near the semi’s so how can he claim the Netherlands are achieving? They should be knocked out already and don’t deserve to be still in it at the expense of the others who finished higher in the groups.

It's a tournement, these things happen. You could also say: the Dutch team finished third and now they are in the semifinals: that's an achievement that should worry every opponent.
