I want to buy these cards just for the art and feel and dont intend to use it . Will it have a negative effect if If I own them . I got no knowledge about tarot reading or rituals and I am just an artist and a nerd who loves these stuff

If you like the artwork go for it. At the end of the day, they are just pieces of card with images on them. The only way they will have a negative effect is if you think they will (the mind is a powerful thing), treat them as 78 interesting pieces of artwork, and that's all they will be ☺️
