With VQs, it’s a good thing it ain’t too loud.
Those VQ motors always had nice sounds. Sucks that its a CVT mated to it.
Find a manual one, they do exist.

Funny thing is I had an 08 that now belongs to a friend, I never changed the fluid while I had it and he never has either. It's got 180 on it now and still feels brand new and responsive. Idk man.

Oh hell no. Yep, this is getting way too out of hand. You can barely hear this car and sounds no different than a stock Toyota 4 Runner, and that's a damn shame 😐 Owner should have just run long tube open manifolds, which is hands down the best setup and provides perfect back pressure and improved CVT 1st-5th gear shifting on these 2007 Nissan Altima 3.5L V6's.
WTF you just made that up. Headers won't change how a cvt works lmaooo it would just sound very loud and very lame like a really loud go kart lol

Should have went with a better brand muffler.
It's the resonator delete that ruins the sound 9 times out of 10.
TBH they are a decent quality muffler since they have multi layer packing material and a perforated core for optimum flow. The stainless steel quality is sub par however since they are made in China.

i got the same car and kept my resenator and put flowmaster super 10s at the back with 3/5 inch tips and when i say my altima is loud and agressive it sound like a v8 take them mufflers off they sound bad

I beat out all 3 of my cats,on my 05 maxima but left resonators and mufflers,I bet it'd be nasty with borla center and delete rear mufflers.lol.. luhluh loud..

Not but on the real that’s dumb to say, I mean there are sedans and crossovers now that function just fine on 4 cylinders if not better, V8s should just belong to huge trucks and sport cars.
