so after the purchase of this car..the subject went to the exhaust shop..and took the 27city to 37hwy MPG car and hacked up the exhaust system to bring it down to 22mpg if they lucky..only winner here is the shop lol.

While I don't necessarily disagree with you, I really liked the 2005 Altima SER 6 speed and the 2013 Altima coupe with the manual transmission.
