    One note on the Minutemen, if the Brotherhood took out the Insitute.. The Minutemen could have very likely rebuilt the Commonwealth Provisional Government, thus giving the Prydwin free space too move to the California.

      Minuteman would have been absorbed into the BOS, but some kind of ruling body will exist by 2296 since the BOS wants to rebuild, restore order and repopulate Boston.

      I have a few scenarios
      1. (Most propably in my opinion) BoS left a garnison in Commonwealth like they had in Capital Wasteland. It would explain where is Liberty Prime and the others like Maxson and Ingram - they would just stay here or in Capital Wasteland while Prydwen would be sended to California.
      2. Minutemen took over a Commonwealth and are controlling it enabling Prydwen to be sended to California because BoS would not have any more interest in here, but it would not explain (in my opinion) where are the others. Of course, Liberty Prime wouldn't be rebuilded in this scenario, but still, there would be characters like Ingram or Captain Kells which lived on it, and with no place to stay, they would propably go on Prydwen (or maybe they stayed at capital wasteland)
      3. Minutemen are controlling Commonwealth in agreement with BoS (Minutemen would be a kind of local goverment that is BoS ally)
      4. BoS is controlling the Commonwealth but because of Prydwen needed to be relocated they made an agreement with Minutemen enabling it to rule this land alongside brotherhood or even take full control of it (Minutemen would be a BoS protectorate, but in my opinion its least likely scenario)
      And of course lets not forget that Prydwen couldn't just fly from Commonwealth straight to California. Propably it came back to Capital Wasteland to resupply and change its crew (Maxson propably would stay in Capital Wasteland because of its position). Also maybe Liberty Prime was sended back there, but as i said, these scenarios are only my opinion.

      @@ConantheTrollarian Uh no that goes against their whole belief system they would be in charge while the brotherhood would have a diplomat last the Brotherhood accepts the minutemen but not enough to assimilate them.

      @@Slovian3097 No they could have went back to DC or simply stayed in the Commonwealth to rebuild alongside the Minute Men last we never got to see inside the ship only outside they could be inside.

    This mean both the Commonwealth and Capital Wasteland are both under the Brotherhood control or Influence.
    In Capital Wasteland now they control Project Purity and perhaps hold Influence or control over the Commonwealth.
    While Elder Lyons and Sarah Lyons are compassionate which could have swayed the People, while Arthur Maxson pragmatism means that the East coast is overshadowing the West Coast chapter, This could mean that the West Coast Elder can fall to jealousy and a Civil War in the Future.

    Great video man, Ad Victoriam! The only reason they would be willing to send an asset as strategic as the Prydwen across the country is because they had secured a power base. Not just that they would have to have enough vertibirds and secured enough airfields on the East Coast also feel comfortable sending it, along with the massive amount of troops that it is capable of carrying.

    It'd be cool to see a character from the Commonwealth show up in the show. Madison Li would probably be on that ship if the Giant anti Commie robot ending happened. Heck, even synths that somehow made it that far west would see the Prydwen and want a fight.

    A really insightful and well through out video! I agree completely. With how much the rest of the show spared no detail, there's no way the name Prydwen on the side of the ship was an accident.

    Its nice to see someone who actually played the ECBOS storyline! Though there maybe one flaw in your theory, it was Arthur that tried to disband those cults to no avail.

      Hey there! ❤ So the quote comes from Proctor Quinlan "he has the full support of the Elders back on the West Coast, who have proudly reported that they've begun eradicating cults that have popped up, worshipping Maxson as though he's some kind of god.". It is noted that Maxson was displeased too, but they isn't to say it would've stopped a worship of him nonetheless

    "The Brotherhood once ruled the wasteland." - Elder Cleric Quintus. The Prydwen is there and Maxson is dead. The Sole Survivor sided with his son. And likely The Institute has won. These are the remnants of what is left of the East coast chapters. They most likely arrived right after Shady Sands was nuked. Which would line up with the end of Fallout 4. I wonder if Bethesda is trying to retcon a bit by using the darkest endings as canon? Did the Courier survive a headshot because he was a synth? Wild Card ending and Yes Man's upgrades are direct from The Institute? That's my thoughts.
    Awesome video!

      @mattragusa210 Před 27 dny +1

      That's not possible because the Prydwen is destroyed if you side with the Institute or the Railroad.

    • @stickler5041
      @stickler5041 Před 18 dny

      Quintus was talking about the western Brotherhood in this quote as before the NCR the Brotherhood had no competition in the wasteland. However on the east coast it is highly likely that it was Arthur Maxson that sent the Prydwen to the West coast and the orders the Brotherhood in the show receive are most likely from the clerics that are under Maxsons command.

    I agree with your logic but as someone who is very pro Railroad - I would not like this if they went with this cuz it invalidates every choice I made in FO4.

      Unfortunately they might be going with canon endings, either the minutemen or the BoS.
      Fallout 1 and 2 also have canon endings for example

      Rail Road could still survive it does not invalidate your choice if anything the Rail Road and minutemen will work together and last all Fallout games have Canon endings.
