I've heard a few Canadians putting an extra R in ma[r]scarpone. (Edit: I'm wondering if there's more than one way to pronounce it.) Great video. Really nice to hear of the experience for those of us who like those shows. And I love the positivity of the Canadian shows, although the Great... shows are pretty nice too.

Just so you know, you get different measurements when you use dry measuring cups for wet ingredients
Yes, I’ve done the recipe so many times that I’ve calculated it so I can use the same cups and not have to use more dishes 😅
I lost my mom this year and my daughter moved across the country but at least she will be back for Thanksgiving, not Christmas so I am not even celebrating Christmas but I have to make our Thanksgiving dinner by myself this year without my mom and I have my fingers crossed that I can remotely make it taste like she did. This is not going to be easy through the holidays but we will make it some how.

For me I would be so stressed out being on a baking TV show. I be stressed as a viewer watching others working because it looks overwhelming.
