  • Welcome to our channel! In this video, we'll walk you through the process of changing the oil on a Suzuki King Quad 750 ATV. Regular oil changes are essential to keep your ATV running smoothly and to prolong its life.
    Tools and materials you'll need:
    * New oil 10w-40 4-stroke motorcycle oil
    * Oil filter
    * Oil filter wrench 68mm 14flute amzn.to/3VyR9ap
    * Socket wrench set. 17mm socket
    * Torque wrench. amzn.to/3xwIgpQ
    * Oil drain pan. amzn.to/3zelx2l
    * Funnel amzn.to/3RBqKYg
    * Shop towels or rags amzn.to/3VUIe4o
    Step-by-step guide:
    1. Preparation:
    * Park your Suzuki King Quad on a level surface.
    * Allow the engine to cool down if it has been recently running.
    2. Locate the drain plug:
    * The drain plug is usually located underneath the ATV.
    3. Drain the old oil:
    * Place the oil drain pan underneath the drain plug.
    * Use a 17 mm socket wrench to loosen the drain plug.
    * Let the old oil drain completely into the pan.
    * Replace crush washer and re-install drain plug 15ft/Lbs
    4. Replace the oil filter:
    * Locate the oil filter.
    * Use a filter wrench to remove the old oil filter. amzn.to/3VyR9ap
    * Apply a thin coat of fresh oil to the rubber gasket of the new oil filter.
    * Install the new oil filter by hand tightening it.
    * Tighten to 14.5Ft/Lbs torque
    5. Refill with new oil:
    * Remove the oil fill cap/dipstick.
    * Place a funnel into the oil fill hole.
    * Slowly pour in the 2.4 qts of new oil.
    6. Check oil level:
    * Replace the oil fill cap/dipstick securely.
    * Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.
    * Turn off the engine and allow it to sit for a minute.
    * Check the oil level using the dipstick. Add more oil if necessary.
    7. Clean up:
    * Wipe off any spilled oil from the ATV using shop towels or rags.
    * Dispose of the old oil and filter responsibly, following local regulations.
    8. Final checks:
    * Start the engine again and check for any leaks around the drain plug and oil filter.
    * Take your Suzuki King Quad for a short ride to ensure everything is working properly.
