I hope you can continue to react to some of day6 songs, they're the first band from jyp and as you know Straykids, but Seungmin especially is a very big fan of them. They're coined for the saying "Trust and listen to day6" because they're known for having no bad songs at all in kpop (yes, even non-fans admit that). I personally think this is the perfect time to discover them since they're having a comeback on March 18th and everyone has been anticipating that since this is their first comeback after all the members came back from the military and their last group comeback was 5 years ago!! They've been getting crazy popular these days, Young especially (the guy rapping on the train) is getting REAL popular in Korea, I swear that man is everywhere, everyone knows him. Day6 is jyp's first band so they started out not promoting on music shows (because they don't let bands play live instruments there due to time schedule for rehearsals) they don't even have any schedules to promote on their debut and what they only had was their daily radio schedules because that's the only way they can promote themselves at the same time, they can also play the instruments and sing live. That's how they got to be known and respected as a band (even famous legendary bands in Korea respects Day6's works) because despite having the "are you an idol or a band" question all the time before, because they work like a band but they're under jyp (and underwent the typical idol training) so they get that questions a lot. But they always answer that question really well and just show people great songs and performances everytime that despite all the doubts from the rock and band community, they've managed to get known and be respected as band.
Day6 write and compose all of their songs starting from pre-debut. Young k as their main lyricist pretty much wrote 95% of day6's songs (and he composes too), he also writes songs for other artists, his recent most well known song written by him from other artists is H1-key's Rose Blossom. That song charted well so much that the group had their first win on music shows despite being a new group from an unknown company. The song got known in Korea due to it's lyrics which was written by Young k. Fun fact: Young K is ranked 3rd in KOMCA for idols who has the most copyright in songs with over 176 songs until Bang Chan took over in November with 181 songs so Young K became 4th, Chan became 3rd. And now after this comeback. With the total of new songs from day6's upcoming comeback+ the songs he wrote for some artists last month, his new record will be 183 songs which gained him back the 3rd spot lmao. It's a pretty little funny friendly competition between Chan and Young K because they always fight for that spot HAHAHHA, and both of them are really REALLY close, they lived together in a dorm as trainees for LONG years that Chan says that he sees Young K as a father figure now for how much he respects Young K (and you can see that everytime he talks about him).
Another little fun fact: Day6 is called the idols of idols because in every kpop groups, there's always that one member who's a big myday(day6 fandom) who keeps recommending day6 songs lmfao. Istg the amount of idols who comes to their concerts everytime are a LOT.

The actor in the Congratulations MV is Choi Woo-Shik who starred in Parasite, the first non-English-language film to win the OSCAR for Best Picture. He was also in Train to Busan, another critically acclaimed Korean film. He is a great actor and I love that you called out his eye contact and how expressive he is even without any words.
